Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customized using an app that can save maps of your home setting cleaning schedules, and select mopping modes. They also let you change suction power and fine tune the amount of water and scrubbing action your mop uses.

A mapping function will help your robot navigate through rooms. An obstacle avoidance feature helps it avoid running over furniture, wires or other toys. These are must-have features in my house, stuffed with strewn-about toys.

It can mop and sweep in a single session and even raise its brushes and mop pads to stop soft surfaces from becoming too damp. It can also stay clear of obstacles by looking for pet toys, plants, and other small objects.

The robot vacuum's maximum suction power is 6 000 pascals. This is the highest power of any robot vacuum we have test to date. It also has PreciSense LiDAR navigation, which tracks its position, which helps prevent it from getting stuck on objects.

The S8 Pro Ultra's mopping capabilities are also impressive. It can provide constant pressure to the pad at more than 6 Newtons to give a thorough clean. It also features an automatic mop lifting system, that will raise the pad when it goes from tile to laminate hardwood, carpets and rugs to prevent soaking these types of soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be used for rinsing and heat-drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. This means that you can put it away and forget about it, only having to clean the dust bag and refill the water tank on occasion.

This is all powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its standard vac- and mop-settings for approximately 160 minutes before beginning to run out of power and returned to its base to recharge. This isn't too far off of the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is comparable with other hybrids that I've tried.

It's a comprehensive, reliable product. The only issue is that it's costly. Its sheer number of features make it a great choice for anyone looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. We highly recommend this model if you can justify its cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is an expensive combination. Its price is justified by its powerful features, which include a large vacuuming capacity and two gyrating mops. It also has an app-based, smart controller and powerful obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combos available, at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed very well throughout the home. It removed 98.4 percent of the debris on any type of floor and was able to lift long hair without getting caught in. The mops were also excellent in delivering outstanding cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models, thanks to their rotational motion as well as a strong dose of cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's real highlight is its docking station that is multi-functional. The dock emptys its dustbin into dirt bag, then refills its water tank to enable mopping, and dries its mop pads for you. It also comes with an in-real-time system for detecting hazards and lets you schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its intelligent controls.

The L10S Ultra does not offer better performance for removing carpet debris compared to the other hybrid mop I tested. Additionally it's not as efficient in removing tough stains like those in the premium Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's many top-of-the-line features, it requires regular care and maintenance. Its base station needs to be cleaned as well as the water tank and dust bag must be emptied, cleaned and dried regularly to prevent unpleasant odors and mildew. The mop pads sold separately will require replacement every few months.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the budget. If you're on a tight budget, I recommend a more basic model that will allow you to save money and enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. Even if the L10S Ultra was the best vacuum and robotic mop you could purchase however, its cost and frequent maintenance will make it more of an item to have than one that you actually need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

It will need to be filled with clean water, best robotic mop and vacuum however this is easy to do in the cleaning dock. If you want to use your own cleaner you can add a cleaning solution to the dock. If you decide to use this feature however, you'll be required to purchase the Eufy brand cleaning solution which is more expensive than other robot brands allowing you to use your choice of cleaning products.

As with most robots, the S1 Pro did well in accuracy in navigation and coverage tests. It was quick to map out a area and navigated around furniture. It was stuck on carpets with longer piles several times during my tests. However it could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is a very capable all-in-one robot vacuums best for a reasonable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's cheapest mop and vacuum, but it still offers some impressive features. Its multifunction dock empties the robot's dirtbag and refills its water tanks, while washing and sanitizing mop pads as it moves. The mopping system is capable of cleaning up a significant portion of an area before it has to return to its dock and the vacuum's powerful suction does a nice job of removing dirt and pet hair from carpets.

The app that runs this appliance is complex, with a broad variety of options to personalize the cleaning process. You can manually initiate a full map and clear everything that's been that the device maps, or you can choose specific rooms, expandable zones, or even a routine you've crafted. There are a number of mopping options that include SmartPlan -an algorithm that makes use of the mops' sensors to find the most efficient way to tidy your home as it maps the space.

The Qrevo did well in our tests, just like all the Roborock models that we've evaluated. Its navigation system is solid, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning them in a neat fashion. Its 'Normal' pathing setting is excellent at covering a room, leaving no major gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance works well, however it is not as advanced as the color camera systems found on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards like thick carpets but might not be able to detect smaller objects such as electrical wires or rug tassels.

One of the biggest flaws of this device is the absence of a mop-after-vacuum option which could be an issue for those who spend a lot of time vacuuming before cleaning their robot. There's a good workaround: the app includes the option to "clean up" at the end of each session.
