Euro Cylinder

Cylinder locks are found on uPVC and other types of doors. Cylinder locks are operated by using a key that unlocks the cylinder case. The cylinder should be measured from the hole for fixing screws in the middle to the end of the cylinder including the thumb turn if you have one. If you cannot measure using the lock in its position, you can remove it. A cylinder that protrudes beyond the handle and escutcheon might be susceptible to attacks like lock snapping, so it is important that it's not too long.
