Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combos

Robot vacuums and mops are becoming more capable, acing our cleaning tests and tackling different types of floors. Choose models that allow users to select between different modes, self-empty and clean stairs.

Many of the top models integrate with your smartphone. Find an app that allows you to save maps, schedules and choose cleaning modes.

1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro

Eufy's gunmetal-and gloss black Omni S1 Pro is one of the most impressive robot vacuum and mop combos available on the market. It makes use of lidar to navigate and create maps of rooms and floors (even multiple levels) and integrates with the free Eufy Clean app to let you set up schedules and modify the behavior of the S1.

When I tried the S1, it was quick to map our downstairs, which has laminate flooring in the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms, as well as medium-pile carpeting and a large area rug. It was able to drive close to walls without colliding with them and even managed to traverse thresholds that were raised in the room without issue, though it occasionally struggled to get down stairs in a single pass. Also, you'll need to clean your sensor and swivel wheel frequently to avoid them getting blocked by dirt or dust. 3. Dreame X40 Ultra

Dreame's X30 Ultra robot vacuum and mop was launched earlier this year. But their new flagship model comes with even more impressive features. It has outstanding cleaning performance and hands-off maintenance making it a top contender for our top mop and robot vacuum list. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart recognition and a longer side brush ensure a thorough, Robot hoover customised clean.

The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming and removing fine and large debris from both hard floors and carpets. It cleaned the dirtiest places of our tests well by avoiding pet hairs as well as other mess. The sweeping capability of the machine is boosted by a sidebrush that automatically extends to get into areas that are difficult to reach and mop pads that run across baseboards.

It comes with a smart app that lets you schedule cleaning and determine the floor type. It also features an automatic vacuum and mop robot water tank filling and washing system to allow hands-free operation.

Its mops also impress with their 2700Pa power to combat pet hair and dirt on carpets and hard flooring. The Q5 is among the few robots we test that didn't have trouble with high-pile carpets and area rug, but it was unable to pick up cables or kitty litter that's not a surprise since it does not include AI-powered obstacle avoidance.

5. K10 Plus

K10 Plus is one of the quietest robovacs we have tested, it also utilizes a unique system to map your home this will allow it to enter corners and tight spaces that other vacuums are unable to reach. It also has a larger bin, so you don't have to empty it as frequently. It also has washable filters, which can further cut costs. This robot can detect carpets and increase suction if necessary. The app allows you to mark areas you want to stay clear of, which is a nice feature.
