The Pokemon Upgrade Item - A Special Evolution item upgrade That Helps Trainers Evolve Certain Pokemon Into More Powerful Forms

The upgrade item is an item upgrades of evolution that allows trainers to transform certain Pokemon into stronger forms. Silph Co. produces it.
