If you need to clean up your mess quickly, a robot vacuum cleaner and mop is the best way to go. The best robot vacuums and mops I've tested are top-quality in navigation and mapping and are able to pick up Cheerios wires, tangled wires and fake dog turds, without leaving them behind.

They're also user-friendly with an app that lets you plan cleaning tasks and track what they're working on.

1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra

If you're searching for the most effective robot vacuum and mop combination with bleeding-edge features you should consider the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This premium vacuum is quick and agile, and it picked up pet hair and human dander almost flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It features a sleek and elegant app interface that includes a miniature map of your home, as well as buttons on the screen for manual control.

It was able to maneuver around furniture and other obstacles, however, it got stuck on a looser rug with tassels that it required a flip to release itself. But these are minor flaws and the Yeedi Cube is still a great option for those who need an all-in-one cleaning companion.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a three-in-one home cleaning solution. Its mopping technology is advanced and features the ability to rotate in a manner similar to hand scrubbing which results in floors that are truly cleaned and not just cleaned. The detachable vacuum stick is an absolute game changer that can reach areas where robot vacuums cannot.

This model is basically identical to the popular X2 Omni, but with an a bit higher suction capacity of 8700Pa and other smart features. The upgraded RGBD sensor can learn your home's layout better and provide dynamic obstacle avoidance. The app's smart features allow you to alter a variety of settings including AI cleaning and virtual boundaries.

The X2 Combo is also self-prepping and has both the robot vacuum and the mop returning to their charging station after each task to wash their pads, empty their dust bins, and then place the debris in the self-sealing bags. This helps keep the system clean and prevents allergens from circulating. The battery longevity is sufficient to cover large areas without requiring a recharge mid-clean.

4. Eufy S1 Pro

The Eufy S1 Pro is a high-end robot vacuums best vacuum and mop model that has impressive features for affordable prices. It is equipped with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction, a rotating floor brush for carpets and a fantastic obstacle avoidance. However, it had trouble with fine-grained debris and wasn't always able to get rid of raised thresholds for rooms. Its operating noise level is also quite high, which suggests it could be a less reliable set-and-forget model than other models.

As with most robotic vacuums and mop cleaners, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that lets you replenish its clean water and empty its dust bin and mop pad, as well as wash and dry its mop. This robot is a few hundred dollars less than the S8 and does a great job of keeping my home office clean. It is also able to reach all corners of my small apartment. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that can avoid things like dog bowls and toys (but not poop) unlike other vacuums.

It also has some outstanding highlights, such as an automatic vacuum cleaner emptying dustbin and a mop pad self-washing and adjustable for water temperature, and a side-reaching sweeper brush that is able to reach places that other mops don't. You can also adjust the settings for each room and set up cleaning schedules.

Like the S8 model, it comes with multi-room smart mapping that can differentiate between carpets, laminate and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. It also lets you skip mopping rooms that are not clean if you want to save time. It's a great choice if you have a mix of flooring in your home but don't want to spend the extra money on Roborock. 7. Q5 Pro

This robot is an excellent choice if you are looking for a versatile robot that can do both regular maintenance on a daily basis as well as touch-ups to wet messes. It comes with a variety of features including a self-emptying dustbin as well as a separate water refill dock, as well as adjustable settings in the app. It's surprisingly quiet, and it can maneuver between furniture legs and socks effortlessly. It can't pick tangled rug tassels up and it drains its battery quicker than other models we've tried.

The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum cleaner that can be used in small areas. It's quiet and quick, and it is a great choice for maneuvering around tight spaces. It's also extremely effective at removing pet hair off carpeting.

It's smaller than many of its rivals, but it doesn't sacrifice features. It has a decent suction capacity and can be set to take pictures of each object it picks (i.e. chew toys, socks) and mark them in the app as 'not located', so that they are not removed in future cleanings. Its photos are encrypted, and aren't tied to your account.

It's great for vacuuming, but not so good at mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes that are clipped to the bottom of the bot, and it basically drags them across your floor. Compare this with the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal models, which come with water reservoirs that automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
